Product Update: FR50 Discontinued – Transition to DT50
We want to inform our customers that Driven Racing Oil FR50 – High Zinc Synthetic 5W-50 has been officially discontinued and is no longer available for purchase.
While we understand this product has been a trusted choice for many, we’re excited to recommend a proven alternative: DT50 – High Zinc Synthetic 15W-50.
Why DT50?
  • Formulated with the same high-performance additives found in FR50
  • Provides outstanding protection for high-output engines
  • Designed for the same demanding applications—ideal for high-horsepower, boosted, or endurance engines
  • Many customers who previously relied on FR50 have successfully transitioned to DT50 and report equal (or better) performance
We’re currently working on expanding DT50 into a 10W-50 viscosity to more closely match the original FR50 profile, but rest assured—DT50 offers excellent film strength, thermal stability, and wear protection right now.
